Objective

ReMeDi NUR was developed as a multi-diagnostic device for rural healthcare settings defined by low connectivity and limited digital literacy. The goal was to create an interface that reduced cognitive load and supported efficient diagnostic workflows.

Design and System Thinking

We led the end-to-end UX and UI design of the embedded device interface, defining operator and admin flows, structuring multi-test execution, simplifying patient and user management, and optimizing report generation.

The interface was designed to support nurses operating medical equipment while continuing to engage with patients, without requiring constant screen attention. Clarity, predictable navigation, and real-time system feedback were central to the experience.

LED indicators and buzzer alerts were integrated to reinforce system status and reduce uncertainty during test execution.

Impact

Operational steps were reduced. Errors decreased. Training time shortened. Multi-test workflows became cohesive and scalable.

ReMeDi NUR aligned digital systems with the lived reality of frontline healthcare delivery.
